of member owners, operators and suppliers and to be the
recognized leader of the residential rental property industry
in the Inland Northwest.
Objectives
- To provide our members with the tools and guidance they
need to be successful.
- To create and maintain a political and governmental
environment favorable to our members.
- To recruit and increase our membership to enable us to
effectively represent the interests of the residential
rental industry.
- To maintain a leadership role in the Real Estate
Industry that will increase our credibility and lead to
proactive rather than reactive positions.
Our History
The Inland Empire Rental
Association, a private non-profit corporation, was formed in
1971 by residential property owners and managers concerned
with creating and maintaining an atmosphere in which small (or
large) private enterprises could survive the increasing
demands made by government agencies, legislative action and
tenant groups.
Today, more than thirty years
later, you will still find the same dedication to maintaining
the atmosphere. By education, legislative action and service,
IERA has earned the right to be the leading resource for those
who own or manage residential rental property.
With your membership in IERA you
have the benefit of a competent group of officers who are
experienced and familiar with procedures and methods by which
to mobilize resources necessary to reach our association’s
goals. The IERA officers and directors serve without pay and
are elected at the association’s annual meetings.
There are many services and
benefits of becoming a member of the
IERA!
