The Inland Empire Rental Association is here to help you
with your rental properties in any way possible. In an effort
to assist you we offer the following membership servies and
benefits:
MEMBERSHIP
PACKET: Upon joining
IERA, each member receives a membership packet worth $45.00
that includes two each of our 30 legal forms and notices;
Washington State Residential Rental Laws book; IERA Handbook;
Legal Plan Information and referral; the IERA By-Laws;
Screening Company referrals; and the latest edition of the
Rental Review Newsletter. The Inland Empire Rental Association
is a non-profit group in existence for over 35 years working
together to increase residential property values through
participation, education and legislation. Committee
participation by all Association members is invited and

COMMUNICATION: We have a monthly 24 page newsletter, The Rental

NETWORKING: Monthly dinners, Committee memberships and State

EDUCATIONAL
CLASSES: Monthly classes
at no charge for members; Monthly dinner speakers; Alerts for
Community Sponsored Seminars; Annual WAA Statewide conventions
and Annual TRENDS Trade Show in Seattle. Off Shore Seminar in

WASHINGTON
APARTMENT ASSOCIATION: The WAA unites rental associations statewide for
strength in unity. It addresses legislative issues regarding
the free enterprise system, property rights, rental control
issues etc. Your dues include membership in this statewide

LEGISLATIVE
REPRESENTATION: Your
interests are monitored and championed on a local and state
legislative level by the IERA Legislative Committee Members.
The WAA full time lobbyist represents your automatic
membership in that statewide organization. Regular progress
reports are shared in the Rental Review. Return to Top
FORMS &
BOOKS: Ready access to
contracts, notices, and other forms needed to protect legal
rights and conduct business interests. All forms are updated
and currently in compliance with Washington RCW's. They are
carbonless copy ready for business. Phone, email or fax sales
requests receive immediate return services by Priority Mail.
IERA office is open Monday through Thursday from
8:00am-2:00pm, for form sales and membership enrollment.

LEGAL
PLAN: Two free 20
minute legal consultation per unit, per year, as well as,
reduced fees for professional attorney services for IERA
members.

MENTOR
PROGRAM: Experienced volunteer landlords are
available by phone for brief consultations on being a
successful landlord. Hard-won information is shared first-hand
member to member. Mentor Program Return to Top
WITNESS
PROGRAM: Volunteer landlords are ready to
help you if you have damage, cleaning, or suspected
abandonment that you may need to establish in court. IERA
provides a resource called an Objective Witness
Program to provide testimony in a court case with a
